Head Chef

Hired by Mikey & Gareth right back at the beginning when they first took over. He spent most of the lockdown prior to our reopening planning menus & sourcing some of the best of Scottish produce to put on them.  

Morgan

Sous Chef

Morgan joined The Kings Arms team way back at our reopening in the summer of 2020 from a 2 rosette level restaurant in the West End of Glasgow. Having worked with chefs at such a high level, Morgan’s knowledge and discipline has been vital in the journey to where we are so far.
